What does it mean to Show Up and Shine?

It’s a willingness to own your shit so that you can live life to the fullest.  It means connecting to the woman inside, or maybe the little girl, who want to be loved and accepted just as she is.  Who deeply desires the freedom to openly be her unique and beautiful Self.  It means identifying your hopes and fears, your wants and needs and taking action in fulfilling your goals and living those dreams.  It means being radiantly you.  It’s whatever you want it to be.  This is your life … my role is to facilitate your letting it in/happen … coming into alignment with who you really are.

I help people remember who they are and to fall in love with their Self.  I help people to live their radiant dreams!  I believe that genius is your ability to receive from the Universe.  Spiritual coaching is one method of connecting both of us to our genius and giving credence to the esoteric knowledge … that intangible yet innate, all-knowing and all powerful wisdom you came here with. That connection to my Self and the Universe guides my style of coaching.  Knowing your agenda, what you desire to take away from our time together, I’m listening with all my senses to what wants to be said.  I’m able to quickly and efficiently help you to hear the messages of your heart and support you to take action and make changes from a place of inner strength.
