Manifesting Your Dream Possibility – part 1: Clarity!
I began this year writing about possibilities. You need three ingredients to manifest the dream possibility: clarity, decision, and action. Today, I want to talk about clarity.
Clarity comes in the focused attention of what is wanted and not. Often that begins with a big, flashing, neon sign of what you DON’T want. Life gives you plenty of opportunity to choose between not wanted and wanted situations, interactions, thoughts, and feelings. While the disparity comes in many packages it’s all orchestrated and designed for our continual expansion beyond where we are in the moment.
With the big things in life it’s a relatively easy choice to make. If your child is facing a dangerous or adverse situation you know instantly what outcome you want and will move mountains to help. With smaller, seemingly mundane things that are the real fabric of life, it’s not always so easy.
(Especially if you have strong Libra energy in your chart … guilty!)
It’s human nature to get tangled in the weeds of detail but your Self knows with certainty what the Source within you wants for your highest good. The expanded-always-connected-to-Source part of you (your Source-Self or Higher-Self) knows instantly what’s wanted. The thing is, even when you can’t put words to it, in your belly you know too.
How you feel in that moment is your indicator. Identifying your feelings is the first step to understanding/healing/creating. They are your internal guidance system specifically designed to help you navigate life. When you’re tuned into them, clarity comes quickly because you’re reading the signals they’re sending.
This feels good – keep moving in that direction.
That feels bad – choose something else.
These choices are small, incremental movements. For example: resentment may not be a “good” feeling but if you’re feeling hatred, resentment moves you up the emotional scale.
Awareness of your feelings is essential to clarity.
Sometimes though, life is really intense and it sucks you into the fray. But your internal guidance system is so good at communicating that your feelings still get their message across even if you’re not listening. They’ll manifest physically as anxiety or stress. When you’re really out of alignment, they take more drastic measures with a variety of illnesses.
When you accept where you are and acknowledge your feelings, the surface ones and the ones lurking below, you can begin to unravel those knots, release the stress. Letting go always, always, always creates space for possibilities to rush in. From this new place of clarity, you can begin to focus on what’s really important, what you truly want in that moment, for the situation, for yourself, and for your loved ones.
We’ll continue next week with Decision Making!!
